| Commercial Construction Superintendent
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Superintendent with experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years experience in commercial construction. Restaurant construction experience a plus. Should be experienced in both ground up and remodel projects. Must have strong organizational and leadership skills, and must be goal-oriented. Strong decision making skills and problem-solving skills are a must. Travel is required.

| Lead Carpenter / Finishout Crew Supervisor
Job Description:
Applicant must be able to use his/her carpentry skills to help in completion of commercial construction projects. Will be expected to have the ability to manage a crew of carpenters and laborers and be accountable for their production and overall performance. Must be self motovated and a self starter. An eye for detail is very important. This individual will have great opportunity for growth within the company. Travel to nationwide locations for extended times will be required.
The ideal applicant will:
- Possess advanced carpentry skills
- Have some supervisory experience
- Be quality minded
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have the ability to see what needs to be done and make it happen
